On behalf of the Chinese Chemical Society and organizing committee of the symposium, it is my great pleasure to extend our warm greetings to all participants of the symposium. This is the symposium co-organized by the Chinese Chemical Society and Mess Munchen and held in Shanghai every two years since 2002.

The 9th Shanghai International Symposium on Analytical Chemistry will be an attractive event with 4 plenary and more than 24 invited lectures by renown speakers around the world as well as oral and poster presentations. There will also be 4 tutorials and a workshop. This symposium will definitely provide all participants benefits for scientific exchanges and frontier information about the analytical chemistry.

Shanghai, an international metropolis, serves as the most influential economic, financial, international trade and cultural center in East China. Here, you will also find this city has a perfect fusion of cultures of the West and East and you will leave an unforgettable memories.

We are trying our best to provide all participants a great platform to meet best science. I look forward to welcoming you in Shanghai.
