in one of steam turbine technological transformation ,after measurement, the impeller rim runout and the impeller end face runout are both below grade , the deformation of impeller lead to blades can not installation, a solution have been proposed based on actual measurement data, finite element strength analysis on the impeller and blade are studied. The result reflects that the structural strength meet the design requirements, the blades can fitted on the impeller. After technological transformation the runout also satisfying criteria.
