The 20th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT 2021) will be held in Tottori, Japan.

First, and more importantly, we hope that you and your families remain healthy in the difficult circumstances that we are confronting these days. Our thoughts are with those who are facing health problems.

Unfortunately, the evolution of the COVID-19 outbreak shows that the crisis will most likely remain in October 2020 as pointed out by Health Organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and the Office for Novel Coronavirus Disease Control, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Japan. This obviously compromises the celebration of ISCIT 2020.
