IEEE-CYBER is a well established international conference sponsored by IEEE Robotics & Automation Society focusing on the advanced Cyber technique in automation, control, and intelligent cyber systems. Prior conferences were held in Kunming (China, 2011), Bangkok (Thailand, 2012), Nanjing (China, 2013), Hong Kong (China, 2014), Shenyang (China, 2015), Chengdu (China, 2016), Hawaii (USA, 2017), Tianjin (China, 2018), Suzhou (China, 2019), Xi’an (China, 2020). The coming IEEE-CYBER 2021 will be on July 27-31, 2021 at Jiaxing, China.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and EI subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. (The proceedings of past IEEE Cyber conferences have been included in the IEEE Xplore database and indexed by EI)

Only final full papers with 4-6 pages will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and EI subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements after the conference. Paper length is limited up to 8 pages, with the extra page charge over 6 pages.

At least one author should register to the conference (with payment) and attend the Conference to present the paper. Paper without completed registration will be removed from the program.

Attention: Authors should submit a full paper (4 to 6 pages) for review by Initial Submission deadline (March 31), and will be consider for the best paper awards.

  • Paper size: As for IEEE conferences, the paper size for submission must be A4.
  • Paper format: Two-column format in the IEEE style is required.
  • Page limit: Only full papers with 4-6 pages can be sent to IEEE Xplore database after the conference. Paper length is limited up to 8 pages, with the extra page charge over 6 pages.

PDF file: A manuscript file needs to be converted into its PDF version for submission. Please limit the size of the PDF file to be 5 Mb.You are recommended to finish your uploads at least 3 hours before the deadline to avoid the traffic jam in the network.• Manuscript should NOT contain any 1) Page numbers; 2) Headers; 3) Footers.
