Abstract
Aiming at the practical requirements of lightweight, convenient and large offset wireless charging structure for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), a transformer-type parallel coil coupling structure with strong anti-offset capability and easy to install on drones is proposed. The transmitting device consists of a Leeds coil wound on a special magnetic core shaped like a "U-shaped structure", and the receiving device is located at the bottom of the drone and consists of a Leeds coil wound on a magnetic core rod. It is used in COMSOL to analyze the magnetic field distribution and anti-offset. It is found that the magnetic field can effectively pass through the closed magnetic core loop, avoiding the interference caused by magnetic leakage, and the receiving end of the structure is horizontally offset on the X and Y axes. It has good anti-offset ability when moving and diagonally sideways. The LCC impedance compensation topology is selected to meet the constant voltage charging requirements of the drone battery. Appropriate parameters are Selected, a system model is established, and the construction of the overall physical system for experiments is guided. After experimental measurement, the experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical values of the model. The 14V voltage for the UAV is stabilized by the new coupling structure system within the offset range of 40mm, the charging power is 35W.
