Abstract
The SEPIC converter, as a high order DC-DC converter, has rich nonlinear phenomena under some conditions. Memristor, as a special nonlinear device, is widely used in modern research. In this paper, a new type of SEPIC circuit with memristive load and front inductor current control is constructed. First, the state equations of the two working states in continuous current mode (CCM) are derived. The bifurcation diagram of inductance current and phase diagram of different planes under different bifurcation parameters are simulated by MATLAB. It is found that the converter with memristor load has a wider range of operation at period-1. Secondly, PSIM was used to build a circuit model with the same parameters, and the simulation results were consistent with those obtained by MATLAB. Finally, for system chaos caused by parameter changes, the method of ramp compensation is introduced to effectively suppress the chaos.
