Abstract
In this paper, in order to reduce the weight and volume of the motor system, a permanent magnet motor with low ripple torque is controlled based on linear Hall angle measuring device. First, the magnetic field directional vector control method and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) are applied in our novel model. In addition, the influence on the speed fluctuation and load torque ripple comes from angle measurement errors, which was caused by noise, linear hall installation error and machining error, are anlyzed. In order to reduce the influence, the discrete Kalman filter and the least square method were used to achieve real time dynamic error compensation. Finally, the effectiveness and reliability of the method is verified by simulation results .
