气隙磁场(AGMF)的不对称性会提高电机的不平衡磁力(UMF),从而导致电机振动和噪声。本文提出了一种具有高容错和高可靠性的四模块永磁同步轮毂电机(FM-PMSHM)。在开路故障下,利用非对称AGMF进行容错操作时,分析了该UMF及其对FM-PMSHM的影响。利用气隙渗透率和磁动势模型推导了PMSHM的AGMF和UMF的分析模型。然后,介绍了所提出的FM-PMSHM及其在开路故障下的容错运行方案。之后,根据理论分析模型,分析了电机的UMF及其对输出转矩等电机关键性能的影响。仿真结果验证了该分析方法的正确性,分析了该方法的正确性,分析了该方法的正确性及其对FM-PMSHM性能的影响。
