2022 IEEE Region 5 Annual Meeting (R5)

The 2022 IEEE Region 5 Annual Business Meeting will be held at the Hilton Houston North. On Friday April 1, 2022 there will be a reception and IEEE USA Candidates Forum starting at 6 PM. The Annual Business Meeting will start on On Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 8 AM and will continue on Sunday April 3, 2022. IEEE Region 5 holds an annual meeting to approve it’s Executive Committee members, set goals, and determine an annual budget for programs and services. Each of the 26 Sections are expected to send a minimum of one voting representative to participate.

For the Student Competitions, the teams will manage their own equipment.  

For more information about the competition, visit the  Student Activities webpage.  Student Teams interested in competing will also need to complete the Intent to Compete forms from the competition of their choice.  Forms should be submitted as soon as possible in order to properly accommodate everyone.
