Note:

(1) The organizing committee has to compensate ISIAQ at a rate of $145 per registrant (for non-students) and $45 per registrant (for students) who are not a valid member at the time of registration. All non-ISIAQ members who register to the conference will become ISIAQ members for one year by paying the full (undiscounted) registration fee.

(2) If a participant is verified by the ISIAQ for not holding a valid membership, a rate of $145 per registrant (for non-students) and $45 per registrant (for students) should be paid before the conference.

(3) The registrant (excluding the accompanying person) can attend both the opening and closing ceremonies, and enjoy the benefits of the welcome reception, the lunch, the banquet, the tea break, and the technical program.

(4) The accompanying person can attend both the opening and closing ceremonies, and enjoy the benefits of the welcome reception, the lunch and the banquet.

(5) Cancellation of registration is only allowed before June 30, 2023. A total of 90% registration fee will be refunded to the registrant after deducting the processing fee before May 31, 2023. The refunding rate is 80% before June 30, 2023. The registration fee will not be refunded after July 1, 2023.

 

1. Payment method

 

1) The registration fee paying with international credit/debit card should be sent to the PayPal account of tzhang@dlut.edu.cn (Account holder: Tengfei Zhang) through https://www.paypal.com/. If you do not have a PayPal account, you shall register first to get an account. You can pay with the PayPal allowed credit/debit cards. It is better to leave a note of your paper ID and registration ID when sending payment.

 

2) 若使用人民币缴费,支持微信、支付宝、银联二维码付款或银行转账汇款的缴费方式。

 

2. Invoice Application

 

1)  For participants from the outside of mainland China

If an invoice is needed, please email to Dr. Mengqiang Lv (Email: lvmq@tju.edu.cn).

 

2)  For participants from mainland China

注册缴费成功后,发票的申请链接将会发送到注册时填写的邮箱和手机上,注册者也可以通过会议注册网站的“personal center”申请发票。发票将在会议结束后的7个工作日内开具,并通过邮箱发送给注册者。
