Scope:The Department of Computing and Information Systems, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka is pleased to announce that the 3rd International Conference on Advanced Research in Computing - ICARC 2023 will be held on 23rd and 24th February 2023 under the theme "Digital Transformation for Sustainable Development". The conference features keynote and plenary speeches from eminent scholars and industry experts, oral presentations, pre-conference workshops and tutorials, and public discussions to provide ample opportunities for discussion and knowledge dissemination in a wide range of computing disciplines.
