Scope:2023 27th IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITSC) conference includes various special/invited sessions, workshops, and regular paper submissions in a hybrid (i.e., in-person and online) mode. The conference welcomes articles and presentations in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), conveying new developments in theory, analytical and numerical (including high-fidelity) simulations, modelling, experimentation, advanced deployment and case studies, results of laboratory or field operational tests. IEEE ITSC 2024 particularly invites and encourages prospective authors to share their recent work, findings, perspectives, and developments as related to implementation and deployment of advanced ITS applications.
