Introduction
We are now in an era of big data on the Web, as large volumes of data with various types are continuously generated every day from all kinds of sectors. Data have become the basis for the running of the modern society, as more and more plans, decisions, and predictions are made based on data. Thus, it constantly attracts a lot of attention from both academia and industries to develop better methods for more effective or efficient data analysis from Web Information Systems.
International Conference on AI-Empowered Web Information Systems (AI4Web 2023) therefore aims to promote advances in AI-Empowered data analysis for Web Information Systems. Research focusing on theoretical and practical issues in the mentioned areas are all welcome.

Papers will be evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness and clarify of exposition. Depending upon the results of evaluation a paper may be accepted as regular paper (The length should be 16-20 pages)

All accepted papers will be published by International Journal of Web Information Systems (IJWIS) with IF 1.6.
