Introduction

2023 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Communications and Computing（ICC 2023） will be held in Nanchang, China during November 24-26, 2023.

ICC 2022, as one of parallel session of 2022 2nd International Conference on Communication Technology and Information Technology (ICCTIT 2022). The conference has been held and published independently since 2023 due to its influence and high standard.

The conference is an international conference for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Intelligent Communications and Computing. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. We warmly welcome previous and prospected authors submit your new research papers to ICC 2023, and share the valuable experiences with the scientists and scholars around the world.

Submission Guidelines

1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.

2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to  SUBMISSION SYSTEM

3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.

4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

Note: 

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made.

2) All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
