Introduction

The 4th IEEE International Conference on Digital Twins and Parallel Intelligence (DTPI 2024) will be held from October 18th, 2024 to October 20th, 2024, comprising several types of online and onsite presentations. The onsite opening ceremony and closing ceremony will be held in Wuhan, China.

DTPI 2024 is hosted by the IEEE Wuhan Section and the Chinese Association of Automation. DTPI 2024 will bring together an international community of scientific researchers and industrial peers to report and discuss the technological frontier and latest achievements in the field of DTPI. High-quality, original English academic papers are now being solicited.

DTPI 2024 is hosted by the IEEE Wuhan Section and the Chinese Association of Automation. DTPI 2024 will bring together an international community of scientific researchers and industrial peers to report and discuss the technological frontier and latest achievements in the field of DTPI. High-quality, original English academic papers are now being solicited. We welcome proposals for sessions related to the topics mentioned in the Call for Papers. A session should comprise 4-6 full papers and/or extended abstracts and is expected to run for approximately 2 hours. The accepting sessions will be conducted online and will take the form of a live broadcast.

Industrial Practices of DTPI

Guidlines

Submissions are encouraged in the following categories:

  1. Full technical papers (4 pages), original contributions addressing relevant DTPI topics of interest listed in this CFP. Full technical papers will be submitted to Manuscript Central under the “DTPI 2024” issue. Top papers have the opportunity to be recommended to SCI journal.
  2. Special session papers (4 pages, by invitation), consisting of papers to fill a two-hour session on DTPI topics of interest. Session proposals must be submitted electronically to the TPC chair by email. A total of six accepted proposals will be invited to submit special session papers.
  3. Extended abstracts (single page) consisting of a lightly reviewed, single-paged abstract on DTPI topics of interest to be presented in a poster presentation format at the conference.
  4. Industry forum & exhibition (IF&E) proposals, we additionally accept submissions of proposals for tutorials, demonstrations, posters, workshops and talks targeting cutting-edge, industrial topics.

Accepted manuscripts should be accompanied by a full registration of at least one author before uploading the camera-ready version. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

The IEEE CRFID James C. Maxwell Outstanding Contributions Award will be awarded to distinguished contributions in the fields of CPSS, digital twins, and parallel intelligence, the IEEE DTPI Best Paper Prize to the best research contribution, the IEEE DTPI Best Student Paper Prize to the best paper by a student author, and the IEEE DTPI Best Application Prize to the best application contribution.
