受气候变化和人类活动双重驱动,渤海正在经历区域性变化,对海洋生态系统产生了负面影响,例如赤潮发生频率增加。然而,由于渤海系统内各种因素相互作用复杂,很难区分它们的耦合作用并测量系统中的关键行为。利用特征微状态方法 (EMA),我们揭示了气候变化、人类活动、海洋化学、海洋生物和海洋生态之间的耦合关系。我们的分析表明,在过去 29 年里,人类引起的变化占主导地位,超过了气候变化的影响。我们利用特征微状态的熵来量化渤海系统的无序性,确定了 2012 年和 2017 年的两个峰值。这些峰值表明系统中可能存在关键行为,与赤潮发生相对应。这项研究不仅强调了渤海的重大变化,还强调了复杂性科学在表征沿海带系统演变和关键行为方面的潜力。
