Abstract
I will discuss an intercomparison across ocean-only models and reanalysis products focusing on their representation of AMOCi n both the northern and southern hemispheres. I will present an analysis framework developed to detect and quantify the chance of tipping points in the AMOC system, and discuss the evolution trajectory of most used reanalyses.
