Abstract
深海养殖的趋势逐渐成为海水养殖发展的趋势,但对相关生态环境影响的研究仍然很少。本研究调查了深海大型黄鱼笼养鱼平台对邻近海域的生态环境影响,重点关注细菌群落的组成和多样性以及响应海水环境参数的时空变化。环境因子调查表明,与网箱养殖相关的环境参数与网箱中黄鱼存量的变化相似。细菌群落的α和β多样性都存在显著的时空变化。细菌共生网络的复杂性与笼中黄鱼的存量呈正相关。细菌群落与环境参数之间的相关性表现出显著的时空变化。此外,在细菌群落的空间分组中,与其他组相比,Tide-In 组显示出与 Nitrincolaceae 相关的相对丰度显着增加,并且与 Aqua-Zone 相比,具有更明显的 ASV 和更复杂的细菌共生网络结构群。这些结果有助于更好地了解深海网箱养殖对邻近海域的生态环境影响的时空变化。这些结果可为未来深海水产养殖发展中的海洋规划和生态环境保护提供支撑。
