当永磁同步电机由电压源逆变器驱动时,逆变器非线性电压误差 (INVE) 会增加电流失真和谐波损耗。本文提出了一种基于双曲正切函数拟合 INVE 的策略,并将其应用于无拍预测电流控制 (DPCC) 中的补偿。与使用开关函数拟合的 INVE 研究相比,双曲正切函数拟合在低电流条件下产生的值更接近实际值。该方法融合了开关函数计算简单、双曲正切函数精确拟合的优点。将复杂的非线性双参数识别转化为单参数计算。通过将拟合的 INVE 值与实际值之间的误差积分近似为零,得到了所需的拟合参数。允许以较低的计算成本连续更新对偶参数,实现了对 INVE 的高精度补偿。实验结果验证了所提方法在提高相电流质量和抑制电压谐波方面的优越性。
