Introduction
The 2025 IEEE Global Reliability and PHM Conference will be held in Xi’an, China, on October 10-12, 2025. PHM is a wide-ranging, interdisciplinary field, that requires an energized exchange of ideas. This conference will call for world-class experts in the academic, engineering, and management disciplines to create synergistic exchanges of ideas and practices. Special attention has been paid to assure a sociable and professional atmosphere to encourage networking, forge new relationships, and deepen existing ones.
