(1) Submissions must be original, full-length, English-language manuscripts—not purely review articles—and conform to standard scientific paper requirements. Abstract, keywords, and conclusion must clearly reflect the conference theme. Manuscripts must include methodology, figures/tables, experimental data, and results, and demonstrate academic or practical value. Papers must not have been previously published in any journal or conference proceedings, domestic or international. AI tools should be avoided for writing, translation, or polishing to prevent academic misconduct.

(2) Papers must follow double-column formatting and contain at least four pages of main content.

(3) Authors may use CrossRef for plagiarism checking; overall similarity must not exceed 25% (including references); authors bear full responsibility for rejection due to excessive similarity.

(4) Review feedback or acceptance notification will be issued within 7–15 working days after submission.

(5) Upon acceptance, authors will receive an email containing: acceptance letter, reviewer comments, registration guidelines, and registration form.

(6) Registration must be completed within five working days after receiving the acceptance notice. Final manuscript, registration form, plagiarism report, payment proof, and student ID photo (for student registration) must be uploaded to the submission system. Requests for registration extension must be communicated promptly to the Organizing Committee.
