Introduction
Against the backdrop of the ongoing global technological revolution and industrial transformation, economic governance systems and enterprise development models are undergoing profound changes. In 2025, China continues to prioritize "developing new quality productive forces" as a strategic focus for high-quality development, emphasizing scientific and technological innovation as the core, institutional reform as the safeguard, and global competition as the benchmark—accelerating enterprise structural optimization and reshaping the functional architecture of the financial system. Meanwhile, the international landscape exhibits heightened complexity and uncertainty: geopolitical realignments, green and low-carbon transitions, global value chain restructuring, ESG investment trends, and digital technology governance issues all pose novel challenges—and opportunities—for enterprise management and financial markets. In this context, the Second International Symposium on Enterprise Management Decision and Financial Market Development (2025 CMFM) is jointly organized by the School of Economics and Business Administration, Chongqing University, and leading international journals International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of Accounting Literature, and Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility, to be held on November 1, 2025.

This symposium focuses on cutting-edge themes such as "Enterprise Innovation and High-Quality Financial Market Development Driven by New Quality Productive Forces." Selected papers will be recommended by the organizers and journal editorial boards to International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of Accounting Literature, and Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility, followed by expedited peer review under standard journal submission criteria.

Guidlines
Submissions must be original, unpublished English-language academic papers relevant to the symposium’s themes. Only PDF format is accepted. Authors must submit two separate PDF files: (1) a title page containing full author information (names, titles/positions, affiliations, email addresses), named as "Title Page + First Author Name + Paper Title"; and (2) an anonymized full manuscript, named as "Full Manuscript + First Author Name + Paper Title." Submit to cmfm_cqu@163.com with subject line "Submission to 2025 CMFM." The submission deadline is August 31, 2025 (early submission encouraged). All submissions will undergo peer review by expert reviewers. Official acceptance notifications and conference invitation letters will be issued by October 10, 2025.
