IV. Author Guidelines
1. Papers must present clear viewpoints, sufficient evidence, explicit formulas, accurate data, clear figures/tables, and concise language.
2. Language: English submission is encouraged; Chinese manuscripts must include an English abstract.
3. International System of Units (SI) shall be used for all measurements; standard symbols shall be followed.
4. Papers must follow the unified formatting template (see attachment), submitted as Word documents; each paper will be assigned a unique ID by the Society.
5. Papers must be original, academic, and scientific. Previously published papers (in journals or conferences, domestically or internationally) are not accepted; duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.
6. First and corresponding authors must clearly state full postal address, postal code, telephone number, mobile number, and email address in the manuscript.
7. The Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines will organize expert review; submitted papers will not be returned regardless of acceptance status — authors should retain copies.
8. Accepted papers (with authorization) will be included in the conference electronic proceedings; outstanding papers may be recommended to partner journals.
