Welcome to the official website of the 2013 4th International Conference on Signal and Information Processing which will be held during 06-07 July 2013, in Hong Kong. ICSIP 2013 aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Signal and Information Processing, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Signal and Information Processing and related areas. All ICSIP 2013 papers will be published in International Journal of Electronics and Electrical Engineering (ISSN: 2301-380X), and all papers will be indexed by Google Scholar, CROSS REF, EBSCO, Engineering & Technology Digital Library and Electronic Journals Library.
