SCOPE International Conference on Experimental Mechanics 2008 (ICEM 2008) & the Seventh Asian Conference on Experimental Mechanics (ACEM7) will be held in NANJING, China, November 8-11, 2008. As a series of conferences sponsored by Asian Committee for Experimental Mechanics we hope it can attract researchers and engineers to discuss new developments in the board area of experimental mechanics.
