Introduction
2013年IEEE国际信号处理、通信和计算大会(ICSPCC 2013)将于2013年8月5-8日在中国 云南 昆明举行。本次大会由IEEE 西安分会和IEEE 香港分会联合举办，其目的在于汇集来自世界各地的专家学者及工程师共同研讨信号处理、通信和计算领域的新理论、技术和应用，并提供大会报告、专题学术报告及新技术研讨。
