Introduction

The 8th IEEE International Conference on Robotics, Intelligent Control and Artificial Intelligence (IEEE-RICAI 2026) will be held in Shenzhen from November 20–22, 2026. The conference focuses on the latest research hotspots, core technologies, development trends, and industry topics in robotics, intelligent control, and artificial intelligence. It aims to provide researchers and scholars with a high-end academic exchange platform for communication and presentation of research outcomes. Through keynote speeches, oral presentations, and poster sessions, the conference conveys cutting-edge technological advances and achievements, promotes technical exchange and intellectual collision, and fosters innovation and integrated development in related disciplines. Scholars, researchers, and engineering professionals from home and abroad are warmly welcome to attend and submit papers to jointly exchange academic achievements.

Call for paper

All submissions will undergo peer review by 2–3 members of the Technical Program Committee. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-2038-8), indexed in IEEE Xplore upon publication, and subsequently submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus. (EI indexing has been consistently stable; all accepted papers from previous editions have been successfully indexed in EI.)

*Conference paper requirement: Papers must be formatted using the official template and must be at least 4 pages and no more than 12 pages in length.

Guidlines

  1. Papers must be written in English, must not be review articles, and must not have been previously published in any journal or conference proceedings, either domestically or internationally.
  2. The overall similarity index (including references) must not exceed 30%.
  3. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be publicly listed on the conference website.
  4. Authors submitting full papers for publication must submit complete manuscripts for peer review; authors presenting only (without publication) need only submit abstracts via the registration system.
  5. Authors must complete conference registration before submitting their papers via the registration system.
  6. Submission method: After accessing the submission link, authors should select either “Conference Paper Submission” or “Journal Paper Submission”, depending on their intent, to proceed with submission.
