All submissions will undergo peer review by 2–3 members of the Technical Program Committee. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-2038-8), indexed in IEEE Xplore upon publication, and subsequently submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus. (EI indexing has been consistently stable; all accepted papers from previous editions have been successfully indexed in EI.)
