Introduction
第三届纳米操作、制造与测量国际会议 (Manipulation, Manufacturing and Measurement on the Nanoscale —简称3M-NANO),将于2013年8月26日—30日在中国苏州举办。此次会议得到了国家自然科学基金委员会，欧盟项目委员会，IEEE、IEEE Nanotechnology Council等著名组织的大力支持。会议还邀请了20多位专家学者为本次大会做特邀学术报告（http://www.3m-nano.org/2013/main/show.asp?id=57），这将为每个参会人员提供一个良好的学术探讨平台。
