Introduction
2013年年会及学术交流会拟在10月份举行，同时，结合专委会30周年庆，秘书处提前做出活动计划，征集会议论文，鼓励会员单位积极提供赞助。理事会计划邀请澳大利亚新南威尔士大学余艾冰院士等国外专家做专题讲座。
