1st Asia Pacific conference on Business Process Management

The Asia Pacific conference on BPM 2013 is the first edition of the reference conference for researchers and practitioners in the field of Business Process Management (BPM) in the region. Its purpose is to provide a high quality forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange research findings and ideas on BPM technologies and practices that are highly relevant to the Asia-Pacific region. The conference covers all aspects of BPM, including theory, models, techniques, architectures, systems, and empirical studies. The first conference will be held on 29th-30th Aug. 2013 as a co-event of BPM2013. It will take place in Beijing, the capital of China. Next to the world-famous sites of the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Forbidden City, and Tiantan – four world cultural heritage sites recognized by UNESCO – Beijing hosts a constantly growing concentration of cutting-edge, industrial research labs and academic institutions from all over the world, making it a melting pot of creativity and innovation.
