Introduction
The 21st Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE) will be organized by Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in co-operation with the permanent Secretariat of ICEE. The conference will be held in Mashhad from 14-16 May, 2013. Contributions are invited for regular presentations and poster sessions.
