Introduction
The National Conference on Intelligent Computing (NCIC 2013) is organized with a view to introduce the participants to recent trends in intelligent computing. NCIC 2013 will act as a forum for researchers and practitioners interested in the advances and applications of Intelligent Computing Techniques to present and to observe the latest research, results and ideas. NCIC 2013 unifies contemporary intelligent computing techniques, highlights the trends in advanced computational intelligence and bridges the gap between theoretical research and practical applications
