The International Symposium on Innovation and Sustainability of Structures in Civil Engineering (ISISS- 2013) will be held on July 6-7, 2013 at Harbin, China. The conference will be organized by Harbin Institute of Technology with the supporting organizations. ISISS was founded by Professor Jie Li and Professor Zhishen Wu, and the first conference was held in Nanjing during 2005. Thereafter, the conference has sequentially been held in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Xiamen. The objective of the symposium is to provide an international forum for researchers, specialists, professionals and public administrators and for all concerned with the promotion and exchange of information on innovation in civil engineering. The symposium is aimed at presenting and publishing the most recent research & development on innovative materials, technologies, structures and systems with high performance and sustainable attributes, especially for disaster prevention and relief.
