The 11th Mechatronics Forum Biennial International Conference

Conference Scope of Mechatronics 2008: Mechatronics systems are at the interface of the disciplines of: electrical and electronics, computer science and information technology, mechanical engineering, and fundamental engineering design methodology. New products and systems based on mechatronic concepts demonstrate significantly reduced system complexity and cost, increased performance, and otherwise unattainable capability and flexibility. Mechatronics 2008 is a continuation of the IMechE Mechatronics Forum biennial international conferences. High quality papers are sought from the international Mechatronics community. Industrial contributions, particularly case studies describing state-of-the-art technology, are especially welcome. Preference will be given to papers that highlight synergistic aspects of mechatronics application, analysis or simulation, and education.
