First International Conference on Advanced Composites for Marine Engineering

This conference will provide a platform to critically examine the state-of-the-art composites employed in civil, commercial and military marine engineering. Designers, engineers and researchers in the marine field will come together to review and discuss current practices and existing theoretical methods to explore the manufacturing, fabrication, application, design and maintenance of composite materials. Topics include processing technologies; joining and welding; maintenance and repair; nanocomposites and coatings; sandwich and textile composites; corrosion and fire safety; computational mechanics and modeling; impact and dynamic response; fracture, fatigue and damage; structural health monitoring, etc. Other topics on advanced composites for the marine industry are also welcome.
