Introduction
第九届国际青年计算机会议(ICYCS 2008)的主题是“计算机与通信前沿”(Computer and Communications Frontiers, CCF)。计算技术与通信服务的结合正在极大地改善着人类的生产与生活。基于之前多届ICYCS国际学术会议的成功经验，ICYCS 2008将为计算机科学与技术及相关学科的科学家和工程师提供一个论坛，以交换和讨论他们的经验教训、创新思想、研究成果、以及计算机在各行业中的应用情况。ICYCS 2008将包括特邀报告、论文发表、专题讨论和研讨会（Workshop）等。
