The EuroCOW, the European Calibration and Orientation Workshop, is a biennial event organized by the Institute of Geomatics on behalf of the EuroSDR (European Spatial Data Research, Commission I: Sensors, Primary Data Acquisition and Georeferencing) and the ISPRS (International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, ICWG III/I: Sensor Modeling for Integrated Orientation and Navigation"). The EuroCOW 2014 is an IAG sponsored workshop.
This biannual meeting intends to bring together the world experts, both from public and private sectors, to present and discuss the recent findings and developments on Sensor Calibration and Orientation. EuroCOW 2014 will be a highly specialized forum to facilitate the circulation of useful and new information.
The organisers, aware of today’s high competitiveness in the area, are trying to set the conditions for a practical, informative and informal three-day meeting in a relaxed atmosphere, and expect to attract real experts with hands-on experience in the field.
The EuroCOW 2014 will be held from February 12th to February 14th, 2014 at the Institute of Geomatics, located in the Mediterranean Technology Park (PMT), Castelldefels (20 Km South from downtown Barcelona).
