Ladies and Gentlemen: On behalf of BISEE,CAST,CASC,P.R.China,the Integrity Testing Laboratory,Canada and the conference committee,it is our great honour to have the opportunity to invite you to the 11th International Congress on Protection of Materials and Structures from Space Environment(ICPMSE11), which will be held 19-23 May 2014 in Lijiang, Yunnan, China. BISEE introduction. BISEE believes strongly that having the chance to host the ICPMSE11 is by far one of the highest honours CAST CASC can achieve and that it will be a truly enriching and thrilling experience. This will allow us to bring hundreds of scientists and engineers from around the world to Lijiang.Not only will we become informed about recent scientific advances in Protection of Materials and Structures from Space Environment by world renowned experts, but this will also raise the awareness of society in China to the importance of related technologies. Exchange of new findings and ideas are what we anticipate all participants will experience at the ICPMSE11 conference. This will lead to an expansion of research networks and ultimately strong collaborations between scientists and engineers all over the world.
