With the approach of the 3G schedules, the development and the conformity of the mobile commerce industry chain will be accelerated, and will enrich the applications. The applications we can anticipate now including the mobile payment, mobile ERP, mobile stock market, mobile bank, mobile office, and so on. It can realize the personal information management (PIM), bank operation, business, shopping, location-based service, entertainment, and so on. The mobile electronic commerce will be the development trend of the electronic commerce. The workshop aims to discuss the current status and the future development of the mobile electronic commerce technology. The papers are solicited on the mobile electronic commerce technology and its applications.
