Introduction
The Workshop on Communication and Networking Techniques for Contemporary Video will take place during Infocom 2014 in Toronto, Canada, from April 27th to May 2nd 2014. The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers working on communications and networking techniques for delay-sensitive applications, such as streaming video.
