Introduction
The organizing committee of ICAE'09-International Conference on Applied Energy is pleased to invite you to participate in the ICAE to be held in January 2009 in Hong Kong. ICAE'09 will provide a unique platform for worldwide scientists, industrialists, and the governmental decision-makers to discuss the advances of science and technology in applied energy, as well as the energy-related policies. The main objectives of the conference are as follows: To gather experts in applied energy technology from academia and industries around the world, and strengthen their connection; To form a network of energy technology scientists to facilitate interdisciplinary research and collaboration among researchers in engineering, chemistry, physics, and materials science; To seek policy support from the government to develop and promote energy technologies.
