The 3rd International Symposium on Intelligence Computation and Applications (ISICA 2008)

The 3rd International Symposium on Intelligence Computation and Applications (ISICA 2008) will be held on December 19-21,2008 in Wuhan China. Following the successful ISICA 2005 and ISICA 2007 sponsored by the China University of Geosciences (CUG), one proceedings of ISICA 2007 published by Springer has been indexed by EI and ISTP, and the other proceedings of ISICA 2007 published by Press of China University of Geosciences has been indexed by ISTP. Submission and Publication All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically through the conference website. The manuscripts should be written in English and follow the LNCS format provided by Springer (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html). Full papers are limited to maximum 10 pages. Two ISICA 2008 proceedings will be published. One of ISICA 2008 proceedings has been officially accepted by Springer to be published in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). It would include high quality papers that contribute novel results and advance the state of the art of methods and foundations in computational intelligence. The other ISICA 2008 proceedings would mainly collect innovative applications of computational intelligence. It will be published by the Press of China University of Geosciences.
