Introduction
IVNC 2014 is the 27th of the International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference series, devoted to nanoscience and technology of vacuum electron sources and their applications. The conference aims to promote understanding of physics, chemistry, electron emission physics and beam properties of field emitter arrays and nanoemitters, as well as the materials, growth, and fabrication technologies of novel cathodes.
