Introduction
第二届航空航天系统与控制国际会议(ISSCAA08)将于2008年12月10-12日在深圳举行。ISSCAA由哈尔滨工业大学与IEEE IES新加坡分会联合主办，IEEE IES学会，AESS学会，中国宇航学会和中国惯性技术学会协办。会议将邀请该领域的国际和国内的著名学者参加，组织科技专题讨论，以推动国际协作，促进相关技术的发展。所有录用并与会宣读的论文将被收录于IEEE Explore数据库中，并被EI和ISTP检索。
