Introduction

The 4th IEEE International Workshop on Power Measurement and Profiling (PMP 2014) builds on the success of the first three workshops in providing a forum for researchers and practitioners to discuss early results and new research directions related to power profiling. This workshop will occupy one day of the 5th International Green Computing Conference (IGCC 2014).
