Introduction
The Second International Conference on Information & Systems Sciences (ICISS’2008) will be held in Dalian on December 1820, 2008. It is organized by Dalian Maritime University and Institute for Scientific Computing and Information (ISCI). The conference provides an international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the information and systems sciences throughout science and engineering.
