The 3rd international workshop on Matrix Analysis and Applications

We are pleased to inform you that the 3th International Conference on Matrix Analysis and Applications (IWMAA 2009) will be held at Lin'An, Hangzhou on July 9th-13th. This conference is one of the main venues where significant advances in the analysis, computation, and applications of matrices and exciting new applications are presented. Conference themes include but are not limited to 1) Positivity and factorizations of matrices; 2) Computations of Eigenvalues/vectors; 3) Inequalities and Identities of matrices; 4) Matrix Polynomials; 5) Some special type of matrices; 6) Numerical range; 7) Pattern matrices 7) Applications of matrices in any field such as Computer sciences, Forest, Agriculture, Image analysis, etc. Note that all the talks will be in English. We are looking forward to seeing you in July 2009.
