Workshop on Large Scale Scientific Computing and Its Applications

It is our great honour to welcome you to the Workshop on Large Scale Scientific Computing and Its Applications, hosted jointly by the National Center for Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Sciences (NCMIS) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the State Key Laboratory of Scientific and Engineering Computing (LSEC). The goal of the workshop is to discuss the state-of-the-art in high-performance and parallel scientific computing which includes algorithms, applications, and software aspects related to high-performance parallel computing. On this year's workshop, we have 14 invited speakers in the field of computational mathematics and computer science from around the world. We are pleased that you have accepted the invitation to join us in Beijing, China’s historic capital city. We look forward to the engaging discussions, exchanges of ideas, and to the major outcomes of the Workshop on Large Scale Scientific Computing and Its Applications.
