Introduction

2016 2nd International Conference on Power Control and Optimization (ICPCO 2016) will be held in Chongqing, China during June 15-17, 2016. ICPCO conference is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Power Control and Optimization.

ICPCO also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Power Control and Optimization related techniques.

All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.
