1. MCMC 2016 國際學術會議官方語言為英語,只接受英文論文,投稿都務必用英語撰寫論文。
2. 出版於期刊或論文集的文章必須是全文。
3. 對於已於其他國際期刊、論文集出版過的文章,或者還處於撰寫過程未完成的文章,會議可接受摘要投稿,以只做報告的形式參加會議。
